The free option give you some information about the phone number you put in such as an address and a name, it’s also quite accurate at times, especially for landline. If you feel the above information is enough for you then go ahead and do the free option. The free option is also not recommended for cell phones as cell phone records are considered privacy and are protected, so they can’t be found in public records. The information in the free option is sometimes not updated so you might have an old address of someone when you reverse search phone numbers using the free option
The paid option will give you more information besides name and address such as landline or mobile, issuing location with map, household members, possible neighbors and relatives, Phone Company and carrier, previous addresses / residences, other phone numbers belonging to owner.
